Initiate Your Request
Log into your KidsMania account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to receive a return authorization number.
Pack the Garments
Carefully place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels remain attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
